AUSTRALIAN CUSTOMERS
Kaizen Hospitality Workwear provides FREE SHIPPING for all orders over $150 and charges a flat rate of $8.95AUD for all other domestic orders. We use Sendle (the first 100% carbon neutral shipping service in Australia), you will be provided with a unique tracking code for your package that can be tracked online. Your package is expected to arrive 1-5 business days from the date your order has been shipped.
NEW ZEALAND CUSTOMERS
Kaizen Hospitality Workwear provides FREE SHIPPING to New Zealand for orders over $250 and charges a flat rate of $15 shipping for all other New Zealand orders. We use Australia Post International Pack and Track for all New Zealand orders. Orders to New Zealand have a *3-10 business day delivery time once the order has been shipped.
OTHER INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
Kaizen Hospitality Workwear ships to nearly every country for a flat rate of $20AUD. We use premium Australia Post services which will be either Australia Post Pack and Track International or Australia Post Registered International postage (depending on which country is being shipped to). International shipping services have a *4-12 business day delivery time once the order has been shipped (shipping time varies per destination).

INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND CUSTOMS CHARGES
